Where will you be in five years?

To say that past work history is a reflection of future goals is nonsensical. The amount of times that I have been asked in interviews “Where do you see yourself in 5 years” i could just scream.

Looking back 5 years though who would have thought that I would be in the position that I am and with the potiential for the future.

Being made a company director and the busines plans I have in place for the future gives me room for thought, wiggle space for contemplation.

However said all that… decisions can be difficult, of which I’m in the position that I need to make them. Do I take the more easy route? Well & regular pay, or do the more risky alternative and set out on my own.
