Watching Yes man with a good friend of mine, Julie.
I’ve decided that I’m already the spontaneous type but recently I’ve realised that I need to embrace more, experience more. So … I’ve had the chat with Julie that I really should say Yes to more things. I’ve already said Yes to the people at work when they called me and asked for my help, Sally left with a smile.
So…… I will have boundaries.
I will say YES to anyone who wants a date.
I will say YES to holidays.
I will say YES to new experiences.
I’ll say NO to sex with people I don’t have an emotional connection with.
I’ll say NO hurting other people.
I’ll say NO to giving money away.
